agenda.ch sells the use of its agenda management software to professionals (hereinafter "providers") in various sectors. These providers include, for example, therapists, beauty salon managers, or sports court booking services.
Providers pay a subscription fee to agenda.ch to use the agenda.ch software in accordance with the rates indicated on our website.
Data is hosted by agenda.ch on secure servers in Switzerland.
When booking an appointment online, clients / patients of providers enter personal data such as their name, address, contact information, and other information relevant to the processing of their appointment, according to the configuration established by the provider. This data is not managed or processed by agenda.ch, but solely by the providers.
agenda.ch does not own the data you provide.
agenda.ch never uses this data in any form, particularly for the purposes of selling it, exploiting it for marketing purposes, drawing statistical analyses from it, or featuring it on our website.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the provider (and not agenda.ch) is responsible for the processing of the data you provide to them when booking an appointment, and where applicable, for its deletion. If you have provided data to a provider working with our application and wish to have it deleted, we kindly ask you to contact that provider directly. The technical browsing data described below is an exception: agenda.ch is responsible for it.
When requested by a provider, all data belonging to one or more of their clients / patients is deleted by agenda.ch.
When you visit our websites, our servers may record technical data: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page viewed, the page you came from and the type of browser used. This data is necessary in order to make the site available.
For this technical data, agenda.ch sàrl is responsible for the processing. It is used to ensure the security and proper functioning of the service, to detect and block abusive use (automated bookings, systematic extraction of content, intrusion attempts) and to produce aggregated traffic statistics. It is neither sold, nor used for marketing purposes, nor cross-referenced with the appointment data managed by the providers.
These logs, where they exist, are kept for no more than 90 days and are then deleted. This period may be exceeded where an ongoing security incident justifies keeping them for longer or where a legal obligation requires it.
