Where does the new tariff structure stand?
Physioswiss, H+ and prio.swiss submitted the new structure to the Federal Council. The FOPH review is under way.
Until approval is confirmed, you bill exactly as you do today.
What changes in practice in your billing.
The flat rate per session goes. You bill the time actually spent.
From flat rate to service
Positions 7301 and 7311 go. You set the method and the duration, not the diagnosis.
5-minute units
Every service is billed in units of five minutes.
Services without the patient
Reports, coordination and advisory interviews get their own positions.
Robotics and infrastructure
Robot-assisted treatments and specialised infrastructure are recognised.
Two therapists
A second therapist is no longer at your expense: there is a position for it.
Fall prevention
The fall prevention programme enters the LAMal catalogue.

The timetable of the new tariff
- 2 April 2026 The new structure is submitted to the Federal Council.
- From April 2026 Review by the FOPH, six months at least.
- Autumn 2026 Courses and training from the profession.
- Before entry into force Free seminars from agenda.ch, online and on site.
- 1 January 2027 Planned entry into force. The update is delivered for that date.
