Changing physiotherapy software

You're thinking of changing your physiotherapy software?

phyzio.ch by agenda.ch: the same application as agenda.ch, with specific modules tailored for physiotherapy.

Changing software is a big step for a practice. Depending on the software you use, we carry over your patients, your sessions, your prescriptions and your treatments, and we support you until your first invoices.

What we carry over from your previous software.

The import is free. Depending on the software you use, it includes:

Patients

Contact details, date of birth, AHV number, health insurance and accident insurance.

Appointments

Your upcoming appointments and the history, including cancellations and absences.

Sessions and treatments

Each session stays linked to its treatment, with the law (LAMal or LAA), the diagnosis and the tariff positions.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions with the number of prescribed sessions and the prescriber.

Patient file

The documents in the patient file and the prescription scans.

No double billing

Sessions before the date of your choice are marked as already invoiced by your previous software. You only invoice the new ones.

Software we have recently carried data over from.

Your software isn't on the list? Send us an export of your data: we'll tell you what we can carry over before you switch.

What phyzio.ch does for your practice.

More than 4,850 professionals have placed their trust in us since 2011.

Invoices via MediData

Your LAMal and LAA invoices go directly to the insurers via MediData, and you follow their status.

Cost approval requests

Send your LAMal and LAA cost approval requests via MediData to continue a treatment.

Automatic patient copy

The patient copy is sent automatically, via MediData or by agenda.ch.

What do agenda.ch customers have to say??

How does the transfer to agenda.ch work in practice??

It's a simple 3-step process.
We'll be alongside you on the way.

Step 1: A few points to check

15 minutes

Your current contract

Some software packages require notice of termination.

Check the terms and conditions of your current software to avoid paying for an additional period.

At agenda.ch: we have no notice period, so you are free to leave whenever you like.

Recover your data

We can import your patients and appointments if we have the data in the right format (excel file, csv, or ics for appointments etc.).

This data can often be downloaded from your account. If not, send an email to your software asking it to retrieve your data.

Preparing your access

If you use online appointment booking: to redirect your customers to agenda.ch, make sure you have access to :

Your Google My Business listing
Your website (if you have one)

Our team will guide you through updating the links.

Step 2: Create and prepare your agenda.ch account

45 - 60 minutes - To be done before migration

Create your agenda.ch account

Registration takes just a few minutes. Once registered, send us your data files and we'll take care of the import.

Configure the basics of your account

A few simple adjustments to make:
Your services (types of appointment)
Your opening times
Your billing details. (if you use billing)

  • Appointments

2. Cut out the old software

On your old software, deactivate :

  • Online booking
  • Automatic reminders (email & SMS)

3. Redirect your customers (if you have online appointment booking)

(if you use online appointment booking)

Update your booking link on :

  • Your Google My Business listing

4. Inform MediData / Curaline (for customers who use these services)

(if you use these services)
